A graduate of South San Antonio High School, Joseph holds multiple industry certifications, including Water Quality Certification, VRV Certification, and Universal EPA Certification, reflecting his technical expertise and commitment to professional excellence.

Outside of work, Joseph is a dedicated father to two daughters. He enjoys officiating high school football and stays actively involved in his daughters’ lives—often on the go with their many school, sports, and extracurricular activities.
