Brenda Elizondo serves as the Accounting & Human Resources Manager for Ridgemont Properties, Inc. A San Antonio native and graduate of Alamo Heights High School, Brenda’s history with Ridgemont began in 2002, when she joined the company part-time while still in high school. After graduation, she continued her education at St. Philip’s College and, following a brief time in the healthcare industry, returned to Ridgemont in 2008.

Over the years, Brenda’s role has grown significantly alongside the company. Today, she oversees the accounting and human resources functions across Ridgemont’s real estate and operating entities and works closely with ownership and management on financial and operational matters. With more than two decades of history with Ridgemont, Brenda brings extensive institutional knowledge and a deep understanding of the company’s properties, entities, and operations.

Brenda and her husband, Everardo, have two sons, Daniel and Matteo. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her boys at their soccer games, photography, crafting, and connecting with people. She has a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference wherever she can.
