The 5307 Broadway Redevelopment is an adaptive re-use project transforming a former medical building back to its retail origins, including the reopening of the historic breezeway. The street level will host two distinctive restaurant concepts: an East Coast-inspired oyster and martini bar with American cuisine, open for lunch and dinner, and a New Orleans-style chophouse with a menu focused on prime steaks, Gulf seafood, and classic cocktails, open for dinner.
