C. Trebes Sasser, Sr.
Founder

C. Trebes Sasser, Sr. is the Founder and President of Ridgemont Properties, Inc. and the Founder and Managing Partner of Sasser Royalties, LLC. Preceding these roles, Mr. Sasser worked for Venus Oil Company beginning in 1980 and left in 1984 to start Ridgemont Properties. Mr. Sasser graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1978 with a BBA in Finance.

Trebes is an active member of the National Association of Petroleum Landmen, National Association of Royalty Owners, San Antonio Landmen Association, San Antonio Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association. He is an advisory board member for Operation Comfort. He is a past President and current member of the Alamo Kiwanis and the Town Club. Furthermore, he sits on the Board of Directors at Rio Bank in McAllen, Texas.

Mr. Sasser is an active member of First Presbyterian Church and holds weekly bible studies in the office. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura Sasser and their four children and twelve grandchildren. When not in the office, he enjoys working on the ranch.

C. Trebes Sasser, Jr.
Vice President

Trebes Sasser, Jr. serves as Vice President at Ridgemont Properties, Inc. He oversees new development, redevelopment projects and acquisitions. Furthermore, he is actively involved in raising and managing both debt and equity capital.

Previously, Mr. Sasser worked for Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance’s CMBS office in Dallas, Texas and BBVA Compass Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, Texas. As a second generation family business member, growing up Mr. Sasser has worked at every level of the family business, starting at mowing lawns. He received a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in College Station.

Mr. Sasser actively serves the local church body of Crossway Bible Church as an elder. He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA).

Mr. Sasser and his wife Michelle have been blessed with three children, Harper, Riley and Trebes III. His passions include the local church, reading and outdoor activities such as running, hunting and fishing.

Sean Grady, CPA, MBA
Controller

Sean joined the Ridgemont Properties, Inc. team in August 2016 and is responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of the Company and its related entities. He started his career in banking and brings 18 years of accounting experience, where he was proudly focused on serving the banking needs of our troops.

Sean holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Marketing from Texas Lutheran University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University in Saint Louis. He is passionate about serving in the community through various volunteer opportunities, including the Wounded Warrior Foundation, Fisher House, San Antonio Food Bank, and the Schertz Humane Society.

In his free time, Sean enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, boating, hiking and spending time with his wife, Teresa, two dogs, and step-daughters Lesli and Kaili, who both actively serve in the United States Air Force and United States Navy.

Brenda Elizondo
Senior Accountant

Brenda Elizondo serves as the Senior Accountant for Ridgemont Properties, Inc. Brenda grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Alamo Heights High School. She started working part-time at Ridgemont in 2002, while still in high school. Upon graduation Brenda continued her education at St. Phillips College. After a brief stint in the healthcare industry, she returned back to Ridgemont in 2008.

Brenda assists in the management and oversight of the accounting related functions for all the real estate and operating entities managed at Ridgemont Properties.   Brenda and her husband Everardo have been married for over ten years and have two boys, Daniel and Matteo.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Trey Hutton
Operations Manager

Trey Hutton joined Ridgemont Properties in 2018 as Operations Manager. Trey oversees both Commercial and Multi-family operations. Trey came to Ridgemont Properties after a career as a firefighter and paramedic for the City of Dallas. There he gained training and experience in building construction, equipment maintenance, process management and leadership.

Trey has his bachelors and masters degree from Texas State University.

Trey and his wife Caroline have three children Daniel, Eli and Audrey. Trey enjoys reading the Bible, growing in his relationship with Christ and serving people through his church. Other hobbies include running, lifting weights, reading and anything that involves being outside.

Nikki Lawson
Property Manager

Nikki Lawson serves as the Commercial Real Estate Property Manager for Ridgemont Properties, Inc. Nikki is responsible for the property management and leasing of the commercial property portfolio. She also serves the company through assisting with property acquisitions and financing closings. Additionally, Nikki is involved in the asset management including, but not limited to budgeting, forecasting and capital improvement projects.

Nikki was previously employed by Tobin Mapping Company (P2Energy), and joined Ridgemont Properties in 2009. While working at Ridgemont, Nikki began pursuing a higher education. In December of 2015, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University – San Antonio. The skills and training that she acquired and developed in her education have been improved and sharpened through her work with Ridgemont, and the benefits have been apparent throughout her time here. She is a current working on her CPM designation through IREM.

Nikki met her husband Ryan while he was passing through San Antonio to Mexico, where he was headed to do mission work.  They have been married for eleven years and have a beautiful daughter, Parker Jane. Nikki enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
